Store credit
Instead of refunding cash, grant the customer credit. It is tied to their phone number (and e-mail when known), spent automatically at checkout, and every grant and use is logged here.

Stores
Every seller on Bar W Bahar. A hidden store keeps its products but they disappear from the shop; the cut is what Bar W Bahar keeps from the store's item sales.

Delivery fees
A fee, and the areas it applies to. Tap an area to move it to another fee or switch it off. The fee is added as its own line at checkout; discounts and store settlements never touch it.

Our customers
Everyone who has ever ordered, from the previous app and this one, matched by phone number. Search by name, phone or e-mail; open a customer for their addresses and orders.

Delivery companies
Send a delivery company a registration link — it registers itself on your terms and is approved at once — or add one yourself below (a company added here must be approved before it can see orders). Assign each paid order to a company from the Orders desk; they update the delivery status from their own dashboard or through the API, and the customer is notified.

API for delivery companies
Give the company its API key (generated once from the list above). Every call carries the header X-Api-Key: bwb_….
API documentation — try the API (Swagger)
GET /api/courier/orders → { courier, orders:[ {ref, courierStatus, name, phone, address, area, pin, items, total, delivery} ] }
GET /api/courier/orders?all=1 → including delivered / failed (last 60 days)
GET /api/courier/orders?sample=1 → the sample order SAMPLE-1 only (to test with)
POST /api/courier/status { "ref":"BWB-…", "status":"accepted|picked_up|on_the_way|delivered|failed", "driver":"Ahmed", "driverPhone":"5xxxxxxx", "note":"", "dryRun":true }
POST /api/courier/location { "lat":29.37, "lng":47.98, "ref":"BWB-…", "driverPhone":"5xxxxxxx", "dryRun":true }
GET /api/courier/invoice?ref=BWB-… → printable delivery slip(s)
"dryRun": true checks everything and changes nothing; without it the order changes and the customer is told.

A Kuwaiti delivery team on the water and in the desert.
Bar W Bahar is a sea and desert equipment delivery service, bringing shipments to your house and along the coast with logistics that traditional land delivery cannot match — local knowledge of the waters, and a commitment to speed and reliability.
To bring fresh fish, bait and gear from Kuwait's markets to wherever our customers are — the chalet, the boat, the camp — quickly, at a fair price, with the care of people who live on this coast.
To be Kuwait's trusted name for sea and desert delivery: one request, any destination, and a service that gives back to the waters and sands it works in.
Beyond delivery operations, the BAR W BAHAR team is committed to protecting the marine environment it operates in. As part of this commitment, the team has organized and participated in volunteer beach and coastal cleanup initiatives, reflecting the company's respect for the sea and its role as a responsible member of the coastal community.
- Organized volunteer beach and coastal cleanup activities involving the BAR W BAHAR team
- Demonstrated the company's environmental responsibility toward the waters it operates on
- Reinforced the company's identity as a business genuinely connected to, and caring for, the sea
