Bar W Bahar is a sea and desert delivery service in Kuwait. This page explains what information the Bar W Bahar app (bar-w-bahar.pages.dev) collects, where it is kept, who else handles it, and the choices you have.
Details you enter. Your name, phone number, delivery address and map pin, saved addresses (and PACI numbers if you add them) and any notes on your order. We use them to prepare, deliver and follow up your order.
Location. When you tap "Use my location" or place a pin on the map, the app reads your device location once to fill in the address. Your location is not tracked in the background.
Sign in with Google or Apple (optional). Google or Apple shares your name and e-mail address (and, for Google, your profile picture) with the app and confirms your sign-in to our server. We never receive your password. Your account e-mail is sent with your orders and is used on our server to show your orders in My account, to link phone numbers you verify, to send the notifications you ask for and to recognise staff accounts.
Phone verification. If you verify a phone number, we send a one-time code by WhatsApp and keep the verified number with your account.
Notifications (optional). If you turn on notifications, we store your browser's push subscription (an address at your browser's push service) with your account e-mail or verified phone number, so we can send you order updates.
Payments. Card and KNET payments are processed by a licensed payment gateway, UPayments. You enter your card or bank details on the gateway's own pages; they never reach Bar W Bahar's servers. We give the gateway your name, mobile number, e-mail and the amount, and receive the payment status and reference.
Store credit. If we give you store credit, we keep a wallet with your name, phone number, e-mail, balance and its history.
On your device. Your basket, saved addresses, profile and order history are kept in your browser's storage, so the app also works offline.
On our servers (Cloudflare, which hosts the app). Every order you place — items, amounts, name, phone number, e-mail, delivery address, area, map pin, notes and payment status — is kept in our sales records. Unfinished payment records are deleted after 30 days; completed orders are kept as business records and are not deleted automatically. We also keep the verified phone numbers, notification subscriptions and store credit wallets described above, and a customer book that may include contact details and order history from our previous ordering app.
Cloudflare hosts the app and stores the data above. Google or Apple, only if you sign in with them. UPayments processes card and KNET payments. WhatsApp (Meta) carries receipts, order updates and verification codes to your phone, so the message and your phone number pass through WhatsApp.
The delivery company that delivers your order receives your name, phone number, address and map pin so it can reach you. Delivery drivers can choose to share their own live location while they have deliveries open; we keep it for about an hour. The stores you buy from see the items they prepare and your notes on them, not your phone number or address.
Maps and address lookup. The map is loaded from Esri (ArcGIS) with PACI's Kuwait Finder maps, and a pin's coordinates are sent to OpenStreetMap's Nominatim service to look up the street address. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
Anthropic, only for the owner's analytics assistant in the admin tools: it receives the owner's question with sales totals and product and stock figures — not customers' names, phone numbers, e-mails or addresses.
We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising. The app has no advertising or analytics trackers.
You can sign out and delete saved addresses at any time in My account, and block notifications for this site in your browser settings. Uninstalling the app or clearing this site's data removes everything stored on your device. To see or delete the order details, verified phone numbers, notification subscriptions or store credit we hold about you, contact us at the address below.

بر و بحر خدمة توصيل بحري وبرّي في الكويت. توضح هذه الصفحة المعلومات التي يجمعها تطبيق بر و بحر (bar-w-bahar.pages.dev)، وأين تُحفظ، ومن يتعامل معها أيضاً، والخيارات المتاحة لك.
البيانات التي تدخلها. اسمك ورقم هاتفك وعنوان التوصيل ودبوس الموقع على الخريطة والعناوين المحفوظة (وأرقام PACI إن أضفتها) وأي ملاحظات على طلبك. نستخدمها لتجهيز طلبك وتوصيله ومتابعته.
الموقع. عند الضغط على «استخدم موقعي» أو وضع دبوس على الخريطة، يقرأ التطبيق موقع جهازك مرة واحدة لتعبئة العنوان. لا يتم تتبع موقعك في الخلفية.
تسجيل الدخول بحساب Google أو Apple (اختياري). تشارك Google أو Apple اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني (وصورة ملفك الشخصي في حالة Google) مع التطبيق، وتؤكد تسجيل دخولك لخادمنا. لا نحصل على كلمة المرور أبداً. يُرسل بريدك الإلكتروني مع طلباتك، ويُستخدم على خادمنا لعرض طلباتك في «حسابي»، وربط أرقام الهواتف التي تؤكدها، وإرسال الإشعارات التي تطلبها، والتعرّف على حسابات الموظفين.
تأكيد رقم الهاتف. إذا أكّدت رقم هاتفك، نرسل لك رمزاً لمرة واحدة عبر واتساب ونحفظ الرقم المؤكَّد مع حسابك.
الإشعارات (اختياري). إذا فعّلت الإشعارات، نحفظ اشتراك الإشعارات الخاص بمتصفحك (عنوان لدى خدمة الإشعارات التابعة لمتصفحك) مع بريدك الإلكتروني أو رقمك المؤكَّد، لنرسل لك تحديثات طلبك.
المدفوعات. تتم معالجة مدفوعات كي نت والبطاقات عبر بوابة دفع مرخّصة، UPayments. تُدخل بيانات بطاقتك أو بنكك في صفحات البوابة نفسها ولا تصل أبداً إلى خوادم بر و بحر. نرسل للبوابة اسمك ورقم هاتفك وبريدك الإلكتروني والمبلغ، ونستلم حالة الدفع ورقمه المرجعي.
رصيد المتجر. إذا منحناك رصيداً في المتجر، نحتفظ بمحفظة فيها اسمك ورقم هاتفك وبريدك الإلكتروني ورصيدك وسجل حركاته.
على جهازك. تُحفظ سلتك وعناوينك المحفوظة وملفك الشخصي وسجل طلباتك في تخزين المتصفح، ليعمل التطبيق دون اتصال أيضاً.
على خوادمنا (Cloudflare التي تستضيف التطبيق). يُحفظ كل طلب تقدّمه — الأصناف والمبالغ والاسم ورقم الهاتف والبريد الإلكتروني وعنوان التوصيل والمنطقة ودبوس الخريطة والملاحظات وحالة الدفع — في سجل مبيعاتنا. تُحذف سجلات الدفع غير المكتملة بعد 30 يوماً، أما الطلبات المكتملة فنحتفظ بها كسجلات تجارية ولا تُحذف تلقائياً. ونحفظ كذلك الأرقام المؤكَّدة واشتراكات الإشعارات ومحافظ رصيد المتجر المذكورة أعلاه، ودفتر عملاء قد يتضمن بيانات اتصال وسجل طلبات من تطبيق الطلبات السابق.
Cloudflare تستضيف التطبيق وتخزّن البيانات المذكورة أعلاه. Google أو Apple فقط إذا سجّلت الدخول بهما. UPayments تعالج مدفوعات البطاقات وكي نت. واتساب (Meta) ينقل الإيصالات وتحديثات الطلب ورموز التحقق إلى هاتفك، فتمر الرسالة ورقم هاتفك عبر واتساب.
شركة التوصيل التي توصّل طلبك تستلم اسمك ورقم هاتفك وعنوانك ودبوس الخريطة لتتمكن من الوصول إليك. يمكن لسائقي التوصيل اختيار مشاركة موقعهم المباشر أثناء وجود توصيلات مفتوحة لديهم، ونحتفظ به لنحو ساعة. المتاجر التي تشتري منها ترى الأصناف التي تجهّزها وملاحظاتك عليها، دون رقم هاتفك أو عنوانك.
الخرائط والبحث عن العنوان. تُحمَّل الخريطة من Esri (ArcGIS) مع خرائط كويت فايندر التابعة للهيئة العامة للمعلومات المدنية (PACI)، وتُرسل إحداثيات الدبوس إلى خدمة Nominatim التابعة لـ OpenStreetMap لمعرفة عنوان الشارع. وتُحمَّل الخطوط من Google Fonts.
Anthropic فقط لمساعد التحليلات الخاص بالمالك داخل أدوات الإدارة: يستلم سؤال المالك مع إجماليات المبيعات وأرقام المنتجات والمخزون — دون أسماء العملاء أو أرقام هواتفهم أو بريدهم الإلكتروني أو عناوينهم.
لا نبيع المعلومات الشخصية ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات، ولا يحتوي التطبيق على أدوات تتبّع إعلانية أو تحليلية.
يمكنك تسجيل الخروج وحذف العناوين المحفوظة في أي وقت من «حسابي»، ومنع إشعارات هذا الموقع من إعدادات متصفحك. إلغاء تثبيت التطبيق أو مسح بيانات هذا الموقع يزيل كل ما هو محفوظ على جهازك. للاطلاع على بيانات الطلبات أو الأرقام المؤكَّدة أو اشتراكات الإشعارات أو رصيد المتجر التي نحتفظ بها عنك أو لحذفها، تواصل معنا على العنوان أدناه.
