Bar W Bahar is a sea and desert delivery service in Kuwait. This page explains what information the Bar W Bahar app (bar-w-bahar.pages.dev) collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Details you enter. Your name, phone number, pickup and drop-off locations, saved addresses, PACI numbers and any notes you add to a delivery request or shop order. These are used only to arrange and deliver your shipment.
Location. When you tap "Use my location" or place a pin on the map, the app reads your device location once to fill in the address. Location is not tracked in the background.
Google sign-in (optional). If you choose "Sign in with Google", Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with the app. We use them only to keep your contact details filled in on your device. We do not receive your Google password and we do not access anything else in your Google account.
Payments. Card and KNET payments are processed by MyFatoorah, a licensed payment gateway. Your card or bank details are entered on MyFatoorah's secure pages and never reach Bar W Bahar's servers. We receive only the payment status, invoice reference and amount.
Your basket, saved addresses, profile and shipment history are stored on your own device (browser storage) so the app works offline. Details you send with an order or request are transmitted to the Bar W Bahar dispatch team over WhatsApp or through the payment gateway so we can fulfil the delivery.
We share information only with the parties needed to complete your order: our delivery crew, the vendors whose products you buy (FISHKOM, Yeem, Al Wasam Marine), and MyFatoorah for payment processing. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
You can sign out of Google, delete saved addresses and clear your profile at any time from the About screen. Uninstalling the app or clearing site data removes everything stored on your device. To ask us to delete order details we hold, contact us at the address below.

بر و بحر خدمة توصيل بحري وبرّي في الكويت. توضح هذه الصفحة المعلومات التي يجمعها تطبيق بر و بحر (bar-w-bahar.pages.dev) وكيفية استخدامها والخيارات المتاحة لك.
البيانات التي تدخلها. اسمك ورقم هاتفك ومواقع الاستلام والتسليم والعناوين المحفوظة وأرقام PACI وأي ملاحظات تضيفها إلى طلب التوصيل أو طلب الشراء. تُستخدم فقط لترتيب شحنتك وتوصيلها.
الموقع. عند الضغط على «استخدم موقعي» أو وضع دبوس على الخريطة، يقرأ التطبيق موقع جهازك مرة واحدة لتعبئة العنوان. لا يتم تتبع الموقع في الخلفية.
تسجيل الدخول بحساب Google (اختياري). إذا اخترت «تسجيل الدخول بحساب Google»، تشارك Google اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني وصورة ملفك الشخصي مع التطبيق. نستخدمها فقط لإبقاء بيانات الاتصال معبّأة على جهازك. لا نحصل على كلمة مرور Google ولا نصل إلى أي شيء آخر في حسابك.
المدفوعات. تتم معالجة مدفوعات كي نت والبطاقات عبر MyFatoorah، بوابة دفع مرخّصة. تُدخل بيانات بطاقتك أو بنكك في صفحات MyFatoorah الآمنة ولا تصل أبداً إلى خوادم بر و بحر. نحصل فقط على حالة الدفع ورقم الفاتورة والمبلغ.
تُحفظ سلتك وعناوينك وملفك الشخصي وسجل شحناتك على جهازك (تخزين المتصفح) ليعمل التطبيق دون اتصال. البيانات التي ترسلها مع الطلب تُنقل إلى فريق بر و بحر عبر واتساب أو عبر بوابة الدفع لإتمام التوصيل.
نشارك المعلومات فقط مع الجهات اللازمة لإتمام طلبك: طاقم التوصيل، والبائعين الذين تشتري منتجاتهم (FISHKOM، Yeem، الوسام مارين)، وMyFatoorah لمعالجة الدفع. لا نبيع المعلومات الشخصية ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات.
يمكنك تسجيل الخروج من Google وحذف العناوين المحفوظة ومسح ملفك الشخصي في أي وقت من شاشة «عن». إلغاء تثبيت التطبيق أو مسح بيانات الموقع يزيل كل ما هو محفوظ على جهازك. لطلب حذف بيانات الطلبات التي نحتفظ بها، تواصل معنا على العنوان أدناه.
